不妊治療の体外受精で使われる培養液に、母親の血液の１０～１００倍の有害な化学物質が含まれることが、厚生労働省研究班の調査で分かった。


　毒性が確認されている濃度の１０００分の１程度だが、マウスの細胞を使った実験では、この濃度以下でも遺伝子の働きに影響を与えることが確かめられた。研究代表の牧野恒久・有隣厚生会東部病院長（静岡県御殿場市）が２７日、香港で開かれる生殖医療の国際学会で発表する。

　研究班は、受精卵や精子の保存などに使われる培養液６０種類について、有害性が指摘されている化学物質の濃度を分析した。
