◆私の派遣の実体験

・交通費補助、保険、年金、有給、割増残業手当もすべてなし
・首かけパスの色が違っていて一目で派遣と分かる
・300円でカレーが食べられる社食は正社員しか使ってはならない
・昼休みはテレビもエアコンもない派遣専用の小部屋でコンビニ弁当
・エレベーターも正社員しか使えない
・タイムカードは自分で押してはならない。社員さんに預けて帰る
・ロッカーも使用不可。トイレで着替えて荷物はデスクの足元に置く
・トイレは正社員が許可をもらわないといけない（小便は2回/日、大便はNG）
・「頭痛薬下さい」と言ったら「派遣さんにはあげられない」と言われた
・デスクは派遣4人で1つの机を共有する
・タメでも一回り年下でも、正社員に対しては敬語を使わないといけない
・正社員とのプライベートの接触は厳禁。ご飯を食べに行くのもNG
